We can't believe May is over and we are entering the halfway mark of 2024.  Below you will find the market snapshot of Palm Beach, Broward, Martin and St Lucie counties for the month of May.  As always if you have any questions, we are here for you.

Palm Beach County Market Stats May 2024

Palm Beach County relative to May 2023 total home sales dropped ever so slightly from 1,245 to 1,151 but the average price sold rose slightly from $1.14M to $136M for the single family home market.  The days on market and the average price sold compared to April 2024 remain steady.

Broward County Market Stats May 2024

Broward County relative to May 2023 total home sales dropped ever so slightly from 1,296 to 1,206 but the average price sold rose slightly from $777k to $863K for the single family home market.  The days on market and the average price sold compared to April 2024 remain steady.

Martin County Market Stats May 2024

Martin County relative to May 2023 total home sales dropped ever so slightly from 127 to 119 but the average price sold rose from $972K to $13M for the single family home market.  The days on market and the average price sold compared to April 2024 remain steady.

St Lucie County Market Stats May 2024

St Lucie County relative to May 2023 total home sales dropped ever so slightly from 563 to 506 but the average price sold rose from $413K to $465K for the single family home market.  The days on market and the average price sold compared to April 2024 remain steady.
