She has successfully built two teams of professionals one manages bank owned property known as REO or foreclosures and the other team focuses on traditional real estate that includes buying, selling, land acquisition, leasing, and distress properties including but not limited to Probate, Divorce, Short Sales and Bankruptcy.

Cheryl grew up in New England prior to moving to Florida in 1991. In her younger years she was an accomplished equestrian, specializing in Hunter Jumper and Dressage. Cheryl has been with her husband for 22 years. She has 2 grown children and one fur baby (Yellow Lab) named Harley. In her down time, she volunteers for charitable organizations for children and animals. She also has a passion for riding motorcycles.
